Mr. Isaak exclusively practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. He worked as a trial attorney (public prosecutor) for two years after he obtained his first law degree in 1998. Following his graduation with a Masters of Law degree in 2001, he worked as a fellow and independent researcher and published a number of materials focusing on reproductive laws and rights, women, children, people with HIV/AIDS, and immigrants under international and regional human rights law. Since 2005, he worked as a case manager and attorney for law firms exclusively focusing on U.S. immigration and nationality law. Using his combined experience, Mr. Isaak serves the immigrant community and business entities with dedication and zeal. Based in Falls Church, Virginia, his practice is limited to U.S. immigration and national laws. He handles a wide array of immigration cases. Mr. Isaak is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Louisiana State Bar.
